Containerliner

Büscherhoff Spezialverpackung GmbH & Co. KG is a well-known manufacturer of 20ft, 30ft and 40ft dry bulk container liners. These container liners are used in bulk, open, top and standard box containers. These container liners are made of transparent or conductive PE-film (patented by BSV), and out of different laminated barrier films or woven PP.

The production is certified by DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. In order to be able to full fill cleanliness requirements we are able to manufacture the container liners in a certified clean room class 7.
The advantages of using the BSV dry bulk container liners are as follows:

• optimal dust protection of the transported good
• specifications exactly according to customer´s requirements
• simple and fast installation into container
• optimal utilization of the transport capacities at low cost by manifold transport opportunities of the containers

By fitting different mountings as hooks, eyelets, rubber bands etc., the firm position of the container liner in the container is guaranteed. Upon request a cardboard or woven PP backwall can also be provided which will make sure that the liner will stay in its proper position during discharge.
